The MSc in Economics and Business Administration in Accounting, Strategy and Control at Copenhagen Business School teaches students to measure and manage how firms create value by combining management accounting, performance management, and corporate financial management to support strategic decision-making, planning, analysis, and control. The two-year, 120-ECTS programme builds a core of management accounting, financial statement analysis and valuation, management control, data and analytics, performance management and incentives, risk management and corporate finance, and accounting for sustainability, before electives or exchange and a master's thesis; its subject mix is roughly 40% accounting and auditing, 30% finance, and 30% organisation and management. It is designed for students with a business administration or economics bachelor's covering accounting, microeconomics, and strategy. Graduates work as finance business partners, business and financial controllers, financial analysts, and management consultants in the CFO domain, including the Big Four firms.
