The MSc in Economics and Business Administration in Strategy, Organisation and Leadership examines how organisations work across levels - from individuals and groups to whole organisations and society - through the lenses of strategy, identity, branding, innovation, organising, ethics, and leadership. The two-year, 120-ECTS programme emphasises critical reflection and theory applied in context, pushing students to understand why organisations behave differently, how strategies take shape in practice, and why there is rarely a single correct answer. First-year courses include Leading Change, Strategic Leadership, Organising Digitalization, Organising Markets, and Managing Innovation, followed by electives and a master's thesis.
