The Master in Real Estate Development trains students to lead and innovate across the full real estate value chain, from economics and capital markets to urban planning and legal frameworks. Delivered over 10 intensive months in Madrid, the program is structured around four core areas -- economics, capital markets and finance; strategic management of assets, properties and projects; the urban context; and the international legal framework -- culminating in a three-term capstone project, with a mandatory field trip to Barcelona and optional visits to Berlin and Hamburg. It is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), giving graduates a pathway to RICS professional certification. It is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals with a bachelor's degree in any field who want to enter real estate development, investment, or asset management roles.
